The lease tab lets you visualize, print or send by email a lease that you've completed. You'll be able to visualize it in paper format.

• Data gathering You need to start by entering all the information linked to the lease.


• Lease list You come back to the main lease window and you click on lease list.


• Lease selection Through lease list, you need to select the lease you want to visualize.


• Lease visualization Once the lease is opened, you'll see its summary information.


• Printing After you've visualized the summary, simply click on the printing icon. So thus, the lease will appear to you in paper format and you'll be able to print it by clicking on the printing icon at the top right window. You can print the lease in the Régie du Logement"s format by checking Régie du Logement's lease. You'll have to buy lease printing rights for the Régie du Logement's format.


• Send by emailYou can send it by email instead of printing it. To do so, just verify that all the contact's information is correct in his contact file.



Note: You have a quick access to the lease printing on the left menu just under the Letter tab.
