Proprio Expert - Plus - Nouveauté Taxes Report

Introduction of a report allowing to calculates the taxes to recover or refund in relation to the chosen buildings and the commercial portion of their own. Refundable or non-refundable taxes are calculated by item and depends on the selected units or buildings and their commercial portion. This report is dynamic which means that if you modify the commercial portion, the report will modify itself. Non-recoverable taxes are added to the expense (charge) and appear to the financial statements.

Proprio Expert - Plus - Ameliorations Taxes Calculation

Taxes are now calculated by item and not depending on the total of income or expense. You can decide or not or check the taxable checkbox to make the calculation.

Proprio Expert - Plus - Ameliorations Commercial Portion

Addition of the commercial portion at building visualisation. This portion is calculated automatically by default in relation to the commercial/taxable area linked to each unit but can be modified manually.

Proprio Expert - Plus - Ameliorations Categories

Addition of Income and Passive categories to ease the invoices treatment linked to leases and the financial statements visualization.

Addition of a couple of details to meet the Régie du Logement expectations concerning the new lease like the tenants signature as jointly and severally liable.

The expenses list report now includes two additional columns (tax 1 and tax 2). Furthermore, passive expenses (category) are not shown in this report, for instance: Capital paid (Mortgage).
