Shares distribution - Real Estate Manager also allocaates the expenditure between all selected rental units, buildings or companies. On the other hand, you can modify the distribution of the expenditure in percentage by clicking on the two blue triangles located in the lower left corner of the buildings list.
- Allocate equally the expenditure in percentage
- Click on the icon Allocate equally
- Select a company, a building or a rental unit by clicking on it.
- Modify manually the percentage of the expenditure which is allotted to it in Expenditure share for…
- Click on the blue diskette at the right of the percentage to record the information.
- Repeat the operation with each item.
- Check if total of shares equals 100%
- Click OK to record.
- Finally, you will have to answer the message Saving the distribution. Respond Yes if you want to keep this distribution when the same elements will be selected again.
To carry out a distribution in amounts of money, you must rather carry out the following steps: - Distribute equally the expenditure by amount
- Enter an item of the invoice and the amount to associate
- Associate it to the concerned rental unit, building or company.
- Click on the diskette at the right of the box Total to record it.
- Click on the small pencil icon on the right of the diskette to add another item.
- Repeat the same operation for each amount to be distributed.
- Record the expenditure.
