Enter a Service Call

The Service Call allows you to enter the informations concerning the calls that you receive from different speakers. It can be, for instance, a tenant that asks you to come and repair something to his apartment. Here are the steps to follow to enter one of it:


  • Seeker You select the person that called you in the seeker section through the list or by registering him manually.

  • Person in chargeYou select the person in charge of the work or the call (to solve the problem).

  • Date: The date that the call entered..

  • Type: You enter the call type in the drop-down list (for instance: maintenance).

  • Objective: You determine the objective of the call (for instance: stairway repair).

  • Priority: You determine the call priority.

  • Status: You select the status of the call through the list (finished,in porgress, etc.).

  • Appointment:You can schedule an appointment directly from the service call window by entering the title, description, date, etc.

  • Follow-up:You can make a follow-up by inserting notes and documents (you browse through your computer the desired files).

  • From the main service call page, you can see all the calls in addition to their status for a precise period.
