To add or modify a category, you need to pass through the management tab. You'll see appear the categories list, their description and their association. To modify the numbers, you can register them directly through the list and to add a category, click on add in addition to follow these steps:


  • Number:you enter the category number that you wish to add.

  • Description: You enter a word or short description to recognize the category. Exemple: Publicity (Journals)

  • Association:You link the description to a bigger category. For instance, Publicity (Journals) should be linked to Publicity.

  • Modification:You can click on any category that you wish to modify to change its description or association (no association can be created, they're by default). By contarst, associations are important for the display of expenses by category in the expenses list report (include).
