Recurrent expenses
It's now possible to add a recurrence to any expenses created in Proprio Expert - Plus for instance each month, week or day. This option is available through the expense module. You just need to check the recurrence and specify it.

Categories management
Proprio Expert - Plus now offers the possibility to manage expenses categories with numbers by default but still possible to modify. You can also add or modify descriptions and associations. For example, you can create several descriptions for the Publicity association (web, journals, etc.).

Reservations management
Reservations management has been improved to be more accessible and dynamic. For instance, you can reserve an appartment from the service calls automatically after you have scheduled an appointment for a visit, location, etc. from the contact file or from the lease. A lease will be created automatically from the data gathered in the reservation.

Expense from work
To ease your task, expenses can now be created from the work module when you end the work. The software will propose you to do so.

Expense and reimbursement interfaces
The expense module interface in addition to the one of the reimbursement module has been improved and redesigned to make it more complete and user-friendly.

Visualization period
You can now decide to take in consideration the period dates or not in different interfaces and modules. By passing your cursor near the period box, you'll see a checkbox appear and you will be able to check it or not depending on if you want to consider it.

Companies visualization
You can now visualize your set of companies in a single look by clicking on the Companies button over the list of them at the top left menu. You'll then be able to consult every data gathered for them and the activities going on in each of them.

Parameters
The firm tab has been replaced by Parameters to let you visualize and modify the informations of your Account and your licence (My Account redirection).

NSF Cheque
The Collection tab lets you register a collection as NSF (without funds), register adjustments and notes for it. NSF is avaliable through the list of payment methods.

Suppliers and workers
The software suggests you to go with supplier and worker instead of Contacts.

Fast contact gathering
When you enter the name of an existing Contact, the software will propose you the existing contact.

Contact research
You can now research contacts by their association (exemples: endorsers, managers, caretaker, etc.).

Appointments participants
To ease your task, appointments participants will be added automatically from the contact list.

Outstanding balance
Tenants or contacts balance now appears at several locations in the software to be sure that you don't miss them. If you click on them, it transfers you automatically to the collection.

Taxes
Taxes are now appearing by default in the company's file. If we don't want the taxes or modify them, you simply need to modify of delete them.

Descriptive files
Different data tabs (building for instance) present more detailled and useful information to managers from now (acquisiton cost, evaluation, taxes, mortgages, etc.).

Lease status
Lease status are now improved. Rented and occupied are now merged in addition to vacant and inoccupied.

Addition of several bubbles to inform you of user advice if you place the cursor on it.

Invoice number
The invoice number is now present and displayed in the expenses list.

The report can now display several categories at the simultaneously, without having them all necessarily in it.

Supplier entry validation
The software warns the user that a supplier has already been entered with the name that you are trying to enter if a supplier already exists.

When we select All in the different lists (lease, expenses, etc.), Proprio Expert - Plus doesn't take in consideration the dates anymore to let you have a real insight of the activities going on.

Lease adresses
The software considers the ancient date of a tenant if he has changed appartment in the software (the ancient adress become the one of the last tenant's lease).

Adapted dialogs
Dialogs are now adapted to your screen size to limit the space lost at the bottom of the inteface.
