Search procedure by keywords.

In the window Building:

1. Click on the Add button
2. Enter in the Building Identificaiton: 10 King W. - 20 King W.
3. Enter in the Building address: 10 King W. - 20 King W.

In the window Rental unit:

1. Click on the Add button
2. Select the round Customize (Format of the address)
3. Replace the word (building) by 10 King W., which will give this: 10 King W. Rental unit. (Rental unit no.)
4. In the box Rental Unit (large box on the left), enter the units number by pressing on the key Enter after each number. You will be able to view the result in the right side of the window.
5. Replace the word (building) by 20 King W. This will therefore give this: 20 King W. Rental unit (Rental unit no.)
6. In the box Rental Unit (large box on the left), enter the units number by pressing on the key Enter after each number. You will be able to view the result on the right side of the window.
