Pay off a credit card

Here is the procedure to follow to pay off a credit card used for building-related expenditures.

  1. Go in the left menu, Accounting, Disbursement, tab Credit Card Payment
  2. Select the credit card to be paid in the drop-down menu
  3. Then, enter the following information:
    • Payment date
    • Payment method
    • The bank account from which the money will be taken
    • Payment amount

      • NOTE Comments are optional

    4. For transaction details, click on the Details button opposite the amount Actual balance.

  4. Click on Pay
  5. Confirm the payment by clicking Yes
