Manage the account users through the user window. Proprio Expert - Plus lets you choose the user role by according him the permission to be a manager or administrator.

The variable lease duration lets you adjust manually the total duration. The software calculates the amount to receive according to the first invoice date.

Proprio Expert - Plus lets you add a discount to the current price. When you select the discount category, the amount is automatically discounted from the rent. For a greater liberty of choice, you can also add various charges with the Other category.
