The repartition keys are useful when you need to separate certain expenses between 2 or more building, appartment, etc. For instance, if you make a landscaping for 2 buildings, and you want to distribute it 25% for the building A and 75% for the building B, here is the method to do it:

• Identification:You register the name of the distribution key that you want to create (landscaping).


• Allocation: You select the entities for which you want to distribute the expense (Company, Building, Unit) and you use the blue arrows to move them in the right space. Once the object is moved, it can be deleted by clicking on the red X button at the right of the building, company or appartment.


• Shares: Once the companies, buildings or units are moved, you enter manually the shares that you want to attribute to each one..



Once it is completed, you just click on Finish.
