Proprio Expert - Nouveautes Document' s management

You can now import documents from your computer into the tenants and units modules to let you keep a follow-up of different actions. For instance, you can import a lease contract that has been signed to keep a proof in the system for further reference. You can choose the category and description of the document that has been imported.

Proprio Expert - Ameliorations Building Rules Impression

The Rules tab of the Building window now allows you to print what has been written or inserted to let you keep a printed copy and make the tenant sign.


Proprio Expert - Ameliorations Appointment (Agenda)

The dropdown list for the choice of the appointment frequency now contains the annual frequence to allow more flexibility.
