Perform a backup copy on a CD

In Real Estate Manager :
  1. Top menu, File, Backup copy
  2. In the box Location, it should read C: /Documents and Settings/xxxxx/MyDocuments/Proprio Expert/Backup


  3. NOTE: If such is not the case but that you still want to save the copy at this location, please click on the button with the yellow folders opposite the box Location and choose the following access path: C:/Documents and Settings/xxxxx/My Documents/Proprio Expert/Backup

    If you want to save your copy elsewhere on your computer, then click on the button with the yellow shirts opposite the box Location and choose the access path which is appropriate to you.
  4. Check the box Compression .zip
  5. Click on the button Create Backup Copy
To put the copy on a CD
  1. Right-click on Start in the left bottom of your screen
  2. Click Explore
  3. Click My Computer
    Click C: (Local Disk)
    Click Documents and Settings
    Click on xxxxxx
    Click My Documents
    Click Real Estate Manager
    Click Backup
  4. You will then see a file called Backup_Current_date.zip Right-click on this file and click Copy
  5. Click on your CD drive (e.g. D: or E:)
  6. At the right, (where usually the files are), right-click on an empty place and click Paste.
  7. Right-click on your CD drive (e.g. D: or E: ) and choose Burn or use your burning software.
