The ideal method for the use of the electronic lease is to use the Régie du logement's format directly form Real Estate Manager. You have to click on export from the lease window once the lease is completed. You have the possibility to export it in editable view or view only. There is 2.45$ + taxes fees applying to the exportation. To export your electronic lease with the old method, you must first have the Electronic lease from Publications Québec which is no more available. - First part: Electronic lease installation
- Install on your computer the Electronic lease software distributed by Publications Québec
- Launch the Electronic lease software by going in the top menu, Misc., Export towards the electronic lease.
- Close the Electronic lease software
- Second part: Real Estate Manager

- Select the lease (s) to be generated in electronic format in the left box by checking them off.
NOTE: To view the various buildings and active and inactive leases, browse in the tree structure using the small + and small -. - Click on the Export button at the top of the window
Lease Window - Go to the left menu, Data, Lease
- Choose the appropriate lease
- Click on the Export button towards the electronic lease located in the upper right corner of the window
Once the installation is completed, please check the lease path in Real Estate Manager: Click on Parameter, Misc. tab You should see the following path: C:\Program Files\Publication du Québec\ lease\Lease00a.exe
