To register a reminder or a specific or recurring appointment on the Agenda, please follow this procedure. - Go in the left menu, Misc., Agenda
- Click on the Add button, in the bottom right corner of the window
- Fill out the Identification section. The text entered in the Description field will appear in the Agenda
- Specify the frequency (specific or recurring)
- Enter a reminder so that the Appointment window appears in pop-up at the appropriate time
- Add more information if needed
- Mark the name of the users whom you wish to inform of the appointment (in the case of a multi-user network)
- Approve and record by clicking OK
