Register a reminder (or an appointment) in the Agenda

To register a reminder or a specific or recurring appointment on the Agenda, please follow this procedure.
  1. Go in the left menu, Misc., Agenda
  2. Click on the Add button, in the bottom right corner of the window
  3. Fill out the Identification section. The text entered in the Description field will appear in the Agenda
  4. Specify the frequency (specific or recurring)
  5. Enter a reminder so that the Appointment window appears in pop-up at the appropriate time
  6. Add more information if needed
  7. Mark the name of the users whom you wish to inform of the appointment (in the case of a multi-user network)
  8. Approve and record by clicking OK
