User interface
The user interface has been entirely reviewed to get more modern and uncluttered. It will offer to the user an experience more pleasant and user-friendly.

Partnership services
Magex has integrated two services (Loyer Express and Share Immo) that will permits you to improve the quality of your management. To know more about each of these services, clickHEREfor Loyer Express and HERE for ShareIMMO. You can activate these services directly from Reral Estate Manager in addition to be linked through the data entered in the software.

Web publishing
You can now export a lot of data to the web concultation. The data can be visualized from any mobile device through the web. Real Estate Manager now exports the lease price, the taxes, the invoices and collection in addition to all your contacts data.

Year opening and opening balances
It is now possible to reverse a closed year (cancel the end of the year) directly from the software as it is also for the opening balances once they're approved.

Lease price
Automated update of the lease price when you modify the details.

Financial statements
Modifications to the Financial statements (reports) like the headings (we added the company name). The software also offers the possibility to include or not the liquidities in the income statement. We also added the report Account Status.

Images and documents
When you add images, Real Estate Manager now opens the file selection automatically. The images and documents are now saved on the database, so they're accessible from any computer.
