C.A.R.’s REBS® joins with Magex Technologies to offer property investment analysis software

LOS ANGELES (April 24) – Real Estate Business Services® Inc. (REBS®), the subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), today announced a partnership with Magex Technologies Inc., developers of iAnalyzeREI, to create the completely revamped online property investment analysis software, Clarus Investor®.

REBS launched Clarus Investor® in 2008 to provide real estate professionals with the necessary advantage to market, analyze and sell residential or commercial investment property. Core components of service have been the ability to conduct financial analysis, create professional reports, and compare various investment scenarios. The new service will now include a more robust, 20-page report detailing 15 key performance ratios which the user can filter to present only what they deem relevant. An automated verification tool allows Investor® to perform a preliminary check on user-entered figures and alerts the user to any data that warrants another look. Other enhancements include greater branding capabilities for REALTORS® and the ability to create marketing flyers that tell the investment value for a listing complete with multiple property photos. The new Clarus Investor® also embraces the latest technology utilized by today’s agent. Users can publish a lead-generating marketing widget within social media sites or an agent’s own website, as well as access and generate reports via their mobile or tablet devices. Simple integration into any MLS system is also available, which streamlines data entry for users.
