Sherbrooke, October 13th 2010 - The Real Estate Manager, a computer software conceived by Magex Technologies, is now more accessible than ever thanks to a new monthly rental plan. The Real Estate Manager becomes Quebec’s first real estate software that offers all of its components at a monthly rate.

For people interested in figuring out their personalized monthly fee can do so by visiting Real Estate Manager or by calculating the square root of their number of apartments and multiplying that number by 7.

This initiative aims to increase the software's accessibility to owners and managers of income properties by offering a price per unit spread across 12 months. For example, a Triplex owner would have access to The Real Estate Manager for only 12,12$ a month, translating into 145$ per year, instead of the initial license pricing of 419$ and 158$ to renew their optional customer service plan.

According to the company’s Marketing representative, Catherine Lamontagne, the rental option offers significant benefits: “The software updates and unlimited access to technical support is included in the subscription price. Our clients will always work with the most up-to-date forms and features all the while having someone at the tip of their fingers to answer their questions. This makes learning to use The Real Estate Manager easier.”

This new way of using the software takes part in Magex Technologies’ mission, born in January 2003 from the minds of newly graduates of l’Université de Sherbrooke, to revolutionize the real estate industry thanks to user-friendly high performing software that meets the needs of real estate professionals.
