Sherbrooke, Tuesday October 21st 2008 - Magex Technologies celebrates, this year, its fifth anniversary in the field of real estate software design.

Created in 2003 by two recently graduated students from L'Université de Sherbrooke, Magex Technologies now has thousands of customers spread across Quebec, Canada and the United States.

Since 2004, Magex Technologies and its young cofounders Geneviève Janelle and Marc-André Fontaine received multiple awards and mentions rewarding their innovation and entrepreneurship. Known for its expertise, the company was also invited to do focus case studies for the Les Affaires newspaper.

Magex Technologies is a company to keep an eye on. "We manage multiple projects simultaneously and we have no shortage of ambition and imagination to realize them", concludes Ms Janelle.

"Things weren't always easy notes Marc-André Fontaine, Magex's vice-president, but we are able to adapt easily; we were able to overcome each and every obstacles thrown at us."

Five years later, the bilingual web application iAnalyze REI helps thousands of real estate agents to analyze and preview existing analysis of single family homes and multi family properties.

On the other hand, The Real Estate Manager simplifies the way income property owners manage their investments.
